Refund Policy

1. Paid Plans
Vollio offers a Freemium plan (free) and a Premium subscription plan with the following pricing:
- $7 per month (monthly billing)
- $5 per month (billed annually)
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for Premium subscriptions are subject to the following conditions:
Monthly subscriptions:
You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment, provided that no substantial use of Premium features has occurred.
Yearly subscriptions:
You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment, provided that no substantial use of Premium features has occurred.
After the 14-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable, including renewals.
Substantial use includes, but is not limited to: prolonged access to Premium features, data generation, exports, or usage exceeding reasonable evaluation purposes.
3. Freemium Users
The Freemium plan is offered at no cost. As no payment is required, refunds do not apply to Freemium users.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:

Please include:
- Your account email address
- Proof of payment (invoice or transaction ID)
- A brief explanation of your request
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5. Limitations and Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Violation of Vollio’s Terms of Service
- Abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity
- Requests made after the 14-day eligibility period
- Promotional credits, discounts, or free trials (non-refundable)
6. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will not apply retroactively to payments made before the effective date.
Continued use of Premium services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
