By accessing or using Vollio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Vollio is a web-based application designed to help users study and review educational content. The Service allows users to:

• upload and view documents,
• generate and use study tools such as quizzes and flashcards,
• import educational materials from third-party learning management systems (LMS), including platforms such as Google Classroom.

Vollio does not guarantee academic results, learning outcomes, or correctness of generated study materials. The Service is intended solely as a study aid.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• all activity that occurs under your account

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any documents or content you upload (“User Content”).

By using the Service, you grant Vollio a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to upload:

• illegal content
• copyrighted material you do not have rights to
• malware or harmful files

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Data Storage & Availability

While we take reasonable measures to protect user data, we do not guarantee that content will always be available, accurate, or free from loss.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
• attempt to bypass security or usage limits
• use the Service to harm others or the platform

Violation = suspension or termination, no debate.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• accuracy of outputs or analyses

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vollio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, if any.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
